RETURNS:

The Jennifer + Smith returns policy has been designed to help you create a home you love in the most effortless way possible. 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and our products to feel just right in your home. We offer a no questions asked return policy. If you purchase a J+S product and it’s not quite right for your home you can return it within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund (you'll have to cover the postage to get it back to us).

Additionally, we will of course provide you with a refund or exchange where goods are faulty as long as you send it back to us within 7 days of receiving it (this time we will cover the postage). In case of a manufacturing fault outside of the 7 day time frame, you’ll need to send back the product for assessment. We will provide a full refund (of the product and postage) if a manufacturing fault is confirmed.

Shipping:

*We offer $10 shipping for up to 2 cushions (with inserts) Australia and New Zealand wide. The postage for an order of more than 2 cushions is $20.

We aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 business days. Standard delivery orders are shipped by Australia Post.

You will receive an automated confirmation email upon placing your order with a confirmation receipt. If you are in Australia you will also receive an email detailing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Track your delivery at http://auspost.com.au/track

We recommend shipping to your work or other suitable daytime address to ensure someone is available to accept your order as we can not take responsibility for any item that goes missing after delivery.

Customer Service:

We are commited to ensuring customer satisfaction through the highest level of customer service and quality products. Although we will try to ensure all products listed on our website are in stock and the price is correct, in the unlikely event we are unable to fulfil your order we will contact you within 7 days to arrange an alternative product or refund. Standard delivery times are between 3-14 business days within Australia and New Zealand, please contact us for a delivery time estimate outside of these areas.

If goods are received with care instructions, please ensure you follow these. Jennifer + Smith does not take responsiblilty for the damage to products as a result of the failure to follow care instructions.

All products are displayed as true representations on our website, however colours may vary depending on the viewing device and we can not guarantee the colour viewed will be exactly reflected in the product you receive.

All Jennifer + Smith products are sewn by hand which means there may be irregularities in the products that are unavoidable as part of this process but which makes each product special and unique.


Pricing:

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars. Jennifer + Smith reserves the right to change prices at any time.

For international orders, duties, taxes or charges incurred, including any foreign transaction transaction charges, on the package on arrival in your country, are your responsibility. Please contact your local customs or authorities for further information on your country's taxes and duties. All orders will be shipped as dutiable merchandise and the value or all items will be declared accordingly.


Payment:

Jennifer + Smith accepts payment via VISA, Mastercard, American Express. Goods will be shipped once full payment is received.

Jennifer + Smith is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully. We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. If you have any questions/comments about privacy, you should contact us.
